Attempted flooding of FFA

Found that someone was in the process of flooding the area under the FFA building. They had a channel blocked off going down the street. Also there was an adminium block removed so they must be an OP? It was a channel going from the ban hammer to the building. Thought you guys should know. Also was a few blocks randomly deleted from the Building like a path he took through the bottom floors that have been partially fixed but they are repaired now.
