Latest Griefing

Thanks to the log, we have found who has done the latest griefing... it detected a cheat being used by lucassims. I IP banned him and I will be going back to putting the server to private every night. You must know the url to log in from now on during the night.

Someone has greifed the sever.....Again. I just went on and Pickachu is missin a face magaman the same. It's horrible. We NEED to find a better way to secure the sever. But idk. Bowser seems fine. It's not as bad as i thought. Maybe someone caught it alreay but i don't know, Just doing my job and reporting what i see in the aftermath.

I'm assuming whoever did this most recent griefing had a hack that gave him OP privileges? I had loads of admincrete deleted from my skyscraper room, spawn was changed, and I'm no longer an OP. That's terribly worrisome, to know that either
A. One of our members has done this, or has had their account hacked, or
B. That our best efforts to keep the server safe are thwarted by fucktards with hacks.

What a world we live in.

(EDIT) Also, since I was taken off the OP list, I can't put spawn back in its rightful place. Someone please take care of this.

I am sorry about this guys. I haven\'t been able to get on again lately because of these stupid errors. I think something in the programming of the game is conflicting with me. It seems that possiblly one of our ops got hacked or just went crazy... not really sure. Just about everyone was removed from the admin list.. including me... so I will add you back one by one as you get on.

Arxx has been IP Banned and anyone he oped has been banned. Xxx is to be watched closely if he logs in at any time.

The IP is an Estonian one, which I think is where he is from?

I do not want to restore too far back but I have gone back to where there's only griefing near the spawn point. If people would like to help repair, that would be very appreciated.

EDIT: Nevermind.. I went ahead and restored back almost 24 hours. Sorry again guys. Lets hope this doesn't happen again.

Arxx. He worries me because I have seen him say that its his brother playing. I dunno if they really are related but maybe this guy did hack his account or one of his friends. Investagating him might be a possibility. Who knows but this is irritating.

hmm i wonder why i am so high on the deop list. it may actually have been arxx, as he and i have spent some time together on this server.

Well whenever someone has the chance could they reop me, I'd be most grateful.

Yes, I've seen something similar too, but where an unknown name said "let me in, it's Arxx", then he logged on as Arxx to prove it. So could be a "mate" who has nicked his credentials.

But before I point the finger too much, he's always seemed fine to me, and I (bad memory) think he's helped my build my castle a fair bit too.

I reckon most likely someone's accessed his computer, or minecraft account.

Ryft says something along the lines of "I thought I IPbanned you, after you griefed everything and de-oped everyone" to which arxx replies "oh yh bai"

i read the posts... So i was woundering if someone could please re op me. so the Haker deoped everyone that was op? Thats wrong. Anywho i cannot see what all got Griefed because i cannot get out of the spawn.... that just happens to be right by the giant catus...Hmmm. Why is the sever off line/down? Hey now, why exactly am I to be watched closely? I only made like four huge structures and helped people build whenever they asked.

The log shows arxx unbanning you... not sure why you were banned in the first place but it seemed suspicious. Sorry about that.
